Set up your Paradigm account using Web Dashboard. Manage members, RFQ settings, venues and more.

User Management

Log in to your Paradigm Web Dashboard using your Paradigm login credentials

On the Desk Management page, click the Create icon

Search for user names and set desired account levels from the drop-down menu for each member (Account level permissions are explained by hovering over the “?” icon, next to Account Type column)

To edit RFQ settings, select the RFQ tab within top header

RFQ Settings (Maker)

  1. Toggle Maker Functionality on/off to allow your desk the ability to respond to RFQs
  2. Settings are on a product level. chosen from the drop-down menu

Manual RFQ

  1. Edit RFQ settings separately for each product by using the Product dropdown. Select Edit for pop-out window to set Max Size and Execution Window for each product
  2. Use the Toggle functionality to enable/disable Manual RFQ at any time
*Currently Maker Functionality and Manual RFQ will toggle together.

Taker Price Band. Acceptable Bids (for Sell transactions) and Asks (for Buy transactions) would fall into ranges below:

  1. Bid > Mark - X ticks
  2. Ask < Mark + X ticks

Note: 1 tick is based on venue's min increment definition.

Maker Price Band. Price bands are against mark price. Setting Maker price band to 1 tick means:

  1. If Bid price > Mark + 1 tick, it will be stopped
  2. If Ask price < Mark - 1 tick, It will be stopped

Note: 1 tick is based on venue's min increment definition.

    Log into your Deribit account

    Go to My Account and click the API tab

    Click Add a new key

    In the pop-up window, the block trade field must be set to “read_write” while everything else can be personal preference

    *Note: This is a new setting made available by Deribit, specifically for block trades. This key will not give us access to your account information. Instead, it only allows Paradigm the ability to submit block trades on a user's behalf.

    Click Add a new key

    On your Paradigm Dashboard, select Account tab under Product Management: Deribit

    Click "+"

    Enter a nickname for the Key. Input your Deribit API credentials (i.e. Client ID and Client Secret) you just created

    Click Add

    You can add multiple Deribit API keys to your Paradigm Dashboard, then toggle between keys for trading/clearing in that selected Deribit (sub)account

    On your Paradigm Dashboard, select Account tab under Product Manament: CME Group

    Click "+"

    Enter a nickname for the specified clearing credentials. Input your Executing Firm# and Account Name

    You find a list of Clearing Firm #s here for reference, but please confirm with your Clearing Firm

    Ask your Clearing Firm to enable Paradigm as a ISV

    Once permissioned, will be able to see your avaible Trader IDs from the Clearing Account configuration

    In the Trader IDs tab, toggle on the Trader ID you want active

    Log into your Bit.com account

    Go to API

    Click Create API

    In the form Bind IP address must be set to "No" and the "read" and "block trade" checkmark must be checked while everything else can be personal reference

    Click Create

    On your Paradigm Dashboard, select Account tab under Product Management: Bit.com

    Click "+"

    Enter a nickname for the Key. Input your Bit.com API credentials (i.e. Access Key and Access Secret) you just created

    Click Add

    You can add multiple Bit.com API keys to your Paradigm Dashboard, then toggle between keys for trading/clearing in that selected Bit.com (sub)account

    To start using loans on Paradigm cleared on Fireblocks, Customer's Fireblocks Workspace “owner”/”admin” shall contact Fireblocks by sending the following email to support@fireblocks.com:

    The request above must be made for each Fireblocks Workspace you would like to integrate with Paradigm’s Loans product.

    Once customer receives an x-API key from Fireblocks, customer should log in to their Fireblocks workspace (console.fireblocks.com), and go to the Settings - Users.

    From there, next to the API User row, there will be a button to copy a “Pairing Token”.

    NOTE:
    Pairing Tokens are only valid for 15 minutes. x-API key and Pairing Token should be entered on Paradigm as soon as Pairing Token is copied from Fireblocks workspace.

    On your Paradigm Admin Dashboard, select Account tab under Loans → Fireblocks

    Click “+” at the top right under Workspaces tab

    Enter a name for the Workspace and copy the corresponding Fireblocks Workspace X-API Key.

    Paste the pairing token in the input field. If x-API key has already been paired with a token then the form will inform you.

    Click Add

    You can add multiple Fireblocks X-API Keys to your Paradigm Admin Dashboard as there will be a unique X-API Key for each of your Fireblock Workspaces.

    Log into your Bybit account

    Go to API Management

    Click Create New Key

    In the form select:
    a. API Key Usage →
    Connect to Third-Party Applications
    b. Application Name → Paradigm
    c. API key permissions → Block Trade

    Click Confirm

    On your Paradigm Dashboard, Select Account tab under Derivatives (Listed) → Bybit

    Click "+"

    Enter a name for the Key. Input your Bybit API Credentials (i.e. API Key and API Secret) you just created

    Click Add

    You can add multiple Bybit API keys to your Paradigm Dashboard, then toggle between
    keys for trading/clearing in that selected
    Bybit (sub)account
