Tech in Asia has named Paradigm the 12th best startup employer in Singapore for 2026 - narrowed from 8,500 companies to 200, using over 2 million data points gathered across Q3–Q4 2025.

We didn't submit anything. The ranking was built from the outside, across three equally weighted pillars: employer reputation, employee satisfaction, and growth. Two of those are, in effect, other people talking about you. The third is whether the business is going anywhere.

Paradigm runs the largest institutional liquidity network in crypto with a small team. Surface area per person is large, the distance between shipping something and institutional flow running through it is short, and there aren't many layers in between.
